Customized Workplace Wellbeing Workshops and Keynotes
I work with companies and associations who want to create cultures of wellbeing and belonging. After people hear me speak, they move from feeling overwhelmed to empowered as I teach them how to manage stress and come back from burnout.
All programs are tailored to meet audience needs and include hands-on interaction and actionable takeaways.

After over a decade as a career coach working with individuals when they leave companies, one of the most common catalysts I have seen for departure is a lack of feeling valued and an inability to achieve any balance between their personal and professional lives.
The data backs this up.
According to Gallup’s research on employee engagement, “People want purpose and meaning from their work. They want to be known for what makes them unique… But only 15% of employees worldwide and 35% in the U.S. fall in the "engaged" category.”
On the balance front, “80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers also need help” with stress management, according to The American Institute of Stress.
The World Health Organization has gone on to classify burnout as “a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.”
As a result, studies show American businesses lose $300 billion annually to lowered productivity, absenteeism, health-care, and related costs stemming from stress.
By providing the holistic and comprehensive style of wellness programming available through Aspire with Aileen, employers can show that they are invested in the health and happiness of their employees.
Employers can demonstrate their commitment to creating a culture where it’s realistic, and encouraged, to work hard without sacrificing yourself. In 2020, Gallup wrote a compelling evidence-based piece titled “Invest in Your Employees' Wellbeing; You Can't Afford Not To.”
